Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 plump garlic clove peeled and crushed
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/8 tsp marjoram
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 1/4 tsp horseradish
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- sea salt and black pepper

- Beat together all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
