Carrots Moroccan style- great with couscous and lamb!
Preheat oven to 200 C or 180 C if a fan oven.
Toss the carrots in a bowl with all the other ingredients to mix well and tip into a roasting pan large enough to take the carrots in a single layer.
Roast, turning often, for 30-40 minutes until browned and tender.
Serve hot, warm or at room temperature depending on the type of food you are serving them with,
