Ingredients
- 8 oz finely crumbled stilton
- 1 oz butter
- 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
- 1 tbsp English mustard
- 2 tbsps beer
- 2 English Muffins cut and toasted on the cut side

Instructions
- Mix the crumbled cheese to a rough paste with the butter, Worcester sauce, mustard and beer.
- Spread over the muffins and toast under a hot grill for about a minute until it bubbles and singes in patches.
- Eat with the rest of the beer to accompany.
