  1. Cut the sprouts into narrow shreds using a sharp knife.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, add the sprouts and stir fry. Cover the wok for a minute so that the vegetable steams a little.
  3. Add the salt then the garlic and ginger. Continue to stir fry until the sprouts are tender but still crunchy. Add some freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately.
