An easy but luxurious recipe from ” Butter” by James Martin.
Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails
- 100 g butter
- 1 tbsp yuzu juice
- 2 tbsps sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbsps dark or light soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove peeled and crushed
- Green Salad to serve

Instructions
- Heat the grill to high. Split the lobster tails from top to bottom and put onto a baking tray, shell side down.
- Beat together the butter, yuzu juice, sweet chilli sauce, soy and garlic. Dot the mixture all over the lobster meat.
- Grill for 5-6 minutes until hot and bubbling. Serve with a green salad.
