Lobster with Yuzu, Sweet Chilli and Soy Butter (2)

lobster tails

butter

tbsp
yuzu juice

tbsps
sweet chilli sauce
2
tbsps
dark or light soy sauce
1
garlic clove
peeled and crushed
Green Salad to serve
Instructions
Heat the grill to high. Split the lobster tails from top to bottom and put onto a baking tray, shell side down.
Beat together the butter, yuzu juice, sweet chilli sauce, soy and garlic. Dot the mixture all over the lobster meat.
Grill for 5-6 minutes until hot and bubbling. Serve with a green salad.
