Rhubarb and Ginger Vodka (750 ml)

When my allotment yields plenty of rhubarb one of the first things i do is make something alcoholic.This is my go to recipe from Sarah Raven.You can serve as a frozen shot, or as a longer drink with tonic. Cheers!

  1. Put the rhubarb, sugar, ginger and orange peel into a 1-litre Kilner jar and pour in the bottle of vodka.
  2. Screw on the lid and put into a cupboard for 1 month, turning it upside down every other day.
  3. When ready, strain into a bottle. Now its time to start making your next batch.
