  1. Toast the bread and butter generously.
  2. Mix together all the other ingredients apart from the caviar and a tablespoon of the chives. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Divide the mix between the toast and top with the caviar and the remaining chives. Serve immediately.
