Harissa Roasted Potatoes (4)

I kg potatoes cut into thin wedges 4 tbsps olive oil
2 tbsps harissa paste Salt and pepper

 

  1. Heat oven to 200 C
  2. Toss the potatoes in the oil and harissa with a good pinch of salt and pepper
  3. Roast for 45 minutes, turning occasionally, until brown and crunchy
