A lovely vodka to use in ice cold Bloody Mary’s ( probably my favourite drink!). Its from Jack Monroe’s ” A Year in 120 recipes”.
Ingredients
- 8 small fresh red chillies the smaller they are, the hotter ( usually)
- 4 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 litre vodka

Instructions
- Sterilise 2 x 500 ml bottles. Prick the chillies all over with a pin and pop four into each bottle with 2 tbsps sugar in each.
- Pour over the vodka, seal and shake gently to dissolve the sugar. Leave in the fridge for at least four weeks before using.
