A recipe from Anna del Conte. Serve on crostini, toast or french bread brushed with olive oil and baked until golden.
A classic breakfast dish from The Hairy Bikers.
This is from Delia Smith’s ” Summer Collection”.
Another perfect food combination from ” A Taste of Home” by Angela Hartnett. Use Calves liver if you can, but lambs liver works perfectly well too. I would serve this with some mashed potatoes and greens.
A perfect combination from ” Moro:the Cookbook” by Sam and Sam Clark. It is nice served with some roughly broken Crispbread and a green salad. You could also add a few drops of pomegranate molasses at the end and serve with a rocket or watercress salad with Pomegranate Molasses Dressing and a few Pomegranate seeds sprinkled over.
A recipe for kidneys from ” The Flavours of Andalucia” by Elizabeth Luard 1991. The book is a lovely introduction to the cooking of Andalucia. Its now out of print, although several second hand copies appear to be available online through Amazon second hand outlets.
