Rojak (4-6)

One of my favourite versions of the Malaysian salad known as Rojak, this is from ” Malaysian Cookery” by Rafi Fernandez 1985.

  1. First make the sauce. Pond the chillies in a pestle and mortar then combine with all the other sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the vegetables and toss all together before serving immediately.
