Sausage and Bean Hotpot (3)
Instructions
  1. Fry the tomatoes until golden but not browned on each side.
  2. Drain and rinse the beans then mix with the passatta, tomatoes and all the seasonings except the parsley. Spoon into an ovenproof casserole.
  3. Add the sausages and bake in a preheated oven 230 C 210 Fan Gas 8 for 20-25 minutes until bubbling.
  4. Scatter with the parsley and serve.
