Peas with Coriander and Spring Onions (4-6)
Instructions
  1. Heat a wok then add the oil. Add the defrosted peas and stir fry for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the coriander, spring onions, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper and stir fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the sesame oil and give the mixture a final stir. Serve immediately.
