Char Siu Pork Noodles (4)
Instructions
  1. Mix together the hoisin sauce, honey and rice wine in a bowl. Add the pork and stir to coat. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile blanch the broccoli in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and refresh under cold water then set aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok. Remove the pork slices from the sauce and reserve the sauce. When the wok is very hot cook the pork slices for 1-2 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Add the broccoli and stir fry for another minute to heat through. Meanwhile cook the noodles according to packet instructions.
  5. Add the reserved sauce to the pork, bring to the boil and cook for a minute more.
  6. Divide the rice noodles between 4 bowls and top with the pork and broccoli. Scatter with the fresh coriander leaves to serve.
