Instructions
  1. Put the oil in a heavy based pan and add the peas with 1 tablespoon of water.
  2. Stir in the onion, chilli and mint and simmer for 10-12 minutes, shaking the pan from time to time.
  3. Serve as a side dish or as a sauce for pasta.
