This fish pie from Emily Scott’s ” Sea and Shore” can also be frozen. Its good with smoked haddock or salmon, but white fish will also work well. Serve with some hot buttered peas.

These persian omelettes are known as Kuku or Kookoo and would usually be baked in the oven. They are traditionally served at New Year and you can use any herbs you like in addition to parsley.
