Instructions
  1. Trim the beans and if using chinese long beans cut into 3 inch lengths.
  2. Heat a wok until very hot. Add the oil and salt then the garlic and ginger. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the beans and the chicken stock and cook for 4 minutes or until the beans are just tender and most of the liquid has evaporated. Serve immediately.
