      Instructions
      1. Mix the lettuce and the dill in a salad bowl. Combine the grated carrot, pepper, cabbage, parley and mint and pile the mixture over the lettuce.
      2. Add the feta cheese and olives. Mix together the dressing ingredients and pou on top.
