These can just be eaten with your fingers or served alongside a green salad and perhaps some new potatoes.

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C Gas 6. Spread the chicken drumsticks in a small roasting tin and drizzle over a little oil to moisten the drumsticks all over. Add the honey .
  2. Cut the orange in half and slice one half thickly. Sqeeze the remaining half over the chicken. Tuck the slices and the orange shell under the chicken. Season.
  3. Roast in the oven for 50 minutes to an hour, turning once or twice.
  4. Enjoy.
