Bream with Cumin (6)

You can substitute other fish for the Bream, but may need to vary the cooking time depending on the size. Sea Bass, Salmon and Trout are good substitutes.

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 C Fan 210 Gas 7. Cut a couple of diagonal slashes across the sides of each fish with a sharp knife.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients and season well with salt and pepper. Rub over and inside the fish.
  3. Space the fish out on an oiled baking sheet and cook for about 20 minutes until browned and crisp.
  4. Serve with the salad and a raita or pachadi.
