Instructions
  1. Put the apple juice, cinnamon stick, orange slices, rhubarb and ginger root in a large saucepan and heat over a medium heat for 5 minutes. Do not allow to boil.
  2. Sweeten with the honey and stir to dissolve for another minute. Ladle into heatproof glasses or mugs to serve.
